International law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its Finance practice with the arrival of Partner Michael Savva, who joins the firm in Dubai.

Michael’s practice focuses on sports and infrastructure finance, renewable energy projects, Islamic finance, maritime, aviation and art finance. He advises banks, financial institutions, funds, developers, lessors, and operators on domestic and cross-border asset finance, structured finance, debt and equity finance. His experience also includes capital markets transactions - both conventional and Islamic – as well as restructurings and workouts.

Michael joins the firm from Watson Farley & Williams, where he led the Dubai office’s Asset and Structured Finance practice.
