Sarah de Ste Croix named in The Lawyer's Hot 100
Stephenson Harwood partner Sarah de Ste Croix has been named in The Lawyer's Hot 100 2023 list.
The Lawyer highlighted Sarah's pivotal role advising private equity firm Horizon Capital launch its new Ukraine-focused technology growth fund, which raised $125 million in the first close. As observed by The Lawyer: "the Ukrainian President joined the signing ceremony…signalling how important the fund is to the country."
Sarah has a key role in Stephenson Harwood's private capital and funds sector group – one of the firm's five new priority sector areas.
Her practice is unique within the firm; she leads on secondaries, fundraisings, strategic matters for fund founders and investor advisory mandates. Alongside her legal work, Sarah supports the UK charity Buttle in her role as pro bono General Counsel, and is a working magistrate.
The Hot 100 features "the crème de la crème of the legal world", recognising and celebrating the most innovative lawyers from in-house, private practice and the Bar, who have completed ground-breaking work in the last year.
