Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its Construction Litigation practice with the arrival of Partner Sean Hardy from Clyde & Co in Singapore. He joins the firm in London and will continue to focus on Asia-based clients and matters with a connection to Asia.
Sean is a construction and international arbitration specialist with extensive experience of advising on challenging, cross-border disputes in the energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Sean has acted in international arbitration proceedings under all of the leading institutional rules, and is adept at managing disputes involving market-leading projects, seats of arbitration and governing laws across Asia and the Middle East. His practice also covers adjudication, mediation, and dispute board proceedings, as well as claims and risk management during project delivery.
