Stephenson Harwood advises Trafalgar Entertainment Group on Eastbourne Theatres agreement

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Trafalgar Entertainment Group on its agreement with Eastbourne Borough Council to run the Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre, Winter Garden, and conferencing and exhibition facilities in Eastbourne.

The Eastbourne complex is a vibrant, multi-purpose leisure and cultural hub, with the Congress Theatre being the largest on the south coast.

The team was led by Real Estate Partner Paul Hayward-Surry and Corporate Finance Partner Jonathan Bridcut, supported by Corporate Associate James Gracey and Real Estate Associate Gideon Caplin.
