Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Vanda Research, backed by FPE Capital, on its acquisition of Exante Data Inc.
Vanda, a global leader in high-frequency positioning data and tactical macro insights, has acquired Exante Data, a provider of data analytics and global macro strategy. The deal significantly expands Vanda’s capabilities, creating a combined business that offers data, research, and analytical solutions for the global investor community.
