Jessica trained at Stephenson Harwood and has experience acting for clients on a variety of corporate matters, with a particular focus on private equity clients. Jessica specialises in acting for private equity houses, their portfolio companies and management teams, regularly advising them on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, investments, reorganisations and general company law and governance matters, across a range of industry sectors.
