Stephenson Harwood strengthens its Property Litigation Practice with the arrival of David Marsden
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its Property Litigation practice with the arrival of a new practice area lead, Partner David Marsden, in London.
David specialises in high-value, complex real estate disputes, regularly advising on a range of property-related litigation including dilapidations claims, tenant insolvency, property fraud, rights to light, and tenant default and forfeiture. A part-time judge, David is already a recognised leading authority on liabilities under the Building Safety Act 2022. David joins from Freeths LLP.
