Alaida Au

Alaida primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions. She has participated in a number of capital market projects, including initial public offerings, general offers, post-IPO financing and other conventional corporate and commercial matters. She represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings on the Main Board and GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. She also handles compliance matters for issuers listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and other private companies. In addition, Alaida has gained experience in bond capital markets transactions, SFC licensing matters, and the acquisition of SFC licensed corporations.

Alaida obtains her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Lancaster University and her Master of Laws (LLM) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
