    Carrying out internal investigations for corporates in relation to suspected bribery and corruption, including investigations triggered by the SFO, inquiries and internal risk escalations; internal fraud and conflict-of-interest breaches; and potential money laundering violations.

  • Market conduct

    Advising on and conducting corporate investigations, including an investigation into whistleblowing and grievance allegations.

  • Regulatory supervision

    • Advising an African bank on an FCA-commissioned Skilled Person review into the Bank's culture and governance and other regulatory compliance matters.
    • Advising a European-based online trading platform on its FCA compliance obligations and response to threatened (without notice) closure of the UK business by the FCA.
  • Regulatory disputes

    • Representing high net worth individuals in cash forfeiture proceedings. 
    • Acting for an international airline on its witness summons in wider Crown Court proceedings concerning forged passports. 
    • Acting for entities subject to prosecutorial action by Companies House. 
    • Representing an individual involved in LIBOR-related proceedings in the Southern District of New York. 
    • Advising an international airline on various criminal-related offences committed onboard both within and beyond UK airspace.

  • Public Inquiries & Inquests

    Acting for a corporate entity in the Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry, concerning both the Public Inquiry and the criminal investigations being conducted by the Metropolitan Police into the Grenfell fire.
