Anne advises employers, employees, partnerships, LLPs, partners, contractors, consultants, federations, foundations and charities. She understands multiple sectors, including financial services, professional services, life sciences, transport, education, charities and the performing arts. Anne has acted for a small family business with a handful of employees to a multinational conglomerate with a unionised workforce of thousands; the managing partner of a global consulting firm, and a self-employed theatrical fight-choreographer.

Anne pursues and defends claims in Court and Tribunal, undertakes independent investigations/reviews, and is an entertaining speaker and trainer. She combines almost three decades' experience of workplace law with fresh, innovative problem-solving skills. Her advice reflects emotional intelligence and good humour, aligning with each client's culture & values.

Anne co-founded the Firm's current award-winning employment law team in the Middle East. She co-wrote the DIFC Employment Law Commentary (1st ed.) commissioned by the Chief Justice of the DIFC Courts.
