She has particular experience in capital markets transactions. She acts for issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings on the Main Board and GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Catherine also advises listed issuers and private companies on a broad range of compliance and regulatory matters. In addition, she has extensive experience in investment-grade debt issuances, including note and bond issuances.
