  Advising pension funds, family offices and property companies in relation to the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets. This includes development and portfolio transactions across various sectors.
  Advising a real estate investment fund on the £137m sale of a prime portfolio of three retail parks in London and Kent.
  Advising a real estate investment firm on the purchase of a £35m+ portfolio of 3 self-storage assets across the north of England.

• Real Estate Funds    

  Advising a real estate investment firm on the £70m private equity backed investment, restructuring and subsequent refinancing of a portfolio of 15 industrial assets across England, including advising on the purchase of the majority of assets into the portfolio.

• Asset Management    

  Advising a real estate investment manager on the day to day asset management of a large mixed portfolio of more than 35 industrial, office and retail properties across the UK.
