Elena Tang-Falzarano specialises in ship finance. Her clients include prominent European and Asian banks, finance lessors, shipping companies and shipyards, who benefit from her extensive experience in the maritime sector when navigating complex cross-border transactions. 

Elena's practice encompasses a wide range of services, from advising on loan facilities to facilitating debt restructuring. She is especially adept at handling secured lending, finance leases, export credit agency (ECA)-backed lending, sale and purchase of vessels, and shipbuilding projects. Her ability to craft bespoke legal documentation for "green" loans sets her apart, allowing clients to meet their unique financial and environmental goals.
