Emily primarily focuses on corporate finance and commercial transactions. She has participated in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, post-IPO financing and other conventional corporate and commercial matters. She represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings on the Main Board and GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. She also handles compliance matters for issuers listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and other private companies.
Emily obtains her Bachelor of Business Management and Administration degree in Professional Accounting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
