Emily is a corporate Associate in the Singapore office. She advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on South and Southeast Asia.  

Emily has experience in all forms of domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory and compliance matters. She works with a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and fast-growing technology companies.  

Emily is qualified in England and Wales, having completed her two-year training contract with Stephenson Harwood's London team. Her international background enables her to support clients navigating complex multi-jurisdictional transactions and regulatory environments.

    Advised KFin Technologies Limited, a listed Indian fund services provider, on its US$34.7 million acquisition of a 51% shareholding in Ascent Fund Services group, with operations across Asia Pacific, UK, US, BVI and Cayman Islands.

    Advised Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) on its acquisition of Borrelli Walsh, a specialist restructuring, corporate recovery, insolvency and forensic accounting firm, with entities across Asia Pacific, UK, BVI and Cayman Islands.

    Advised IntriCon Corporation on the corporate restructuring and acquisition of Emerald Medical Services, a Singapore-based manufacturer of cost-effective complex catheters. 

  • Corporation Service Company

    Advised Corporation Service Company, a global provider of business, legal, tax and digital brand services, on its acquisition of the FirstCorp Group across Southeast Asia.

    Advised TMF Group, an international provider of compliance and business administration services, on its acquisition of the Seamless accounting and payroll business in India from Sannam S4 Group.

    Advised S&P Global Platts, an independent provider of information and benchmark prices for the commodities and energy markets, on its acquisition of Conference Connection Pte.
