She is a trusted legal advisor to top-tier investment banks, private foundations, state-owned enterprises and listed companies.
Over the course of her career, Gigi has advised over 50 listed companies across a broad spectrum of corporate matters and has served on teams of annual retainer legal advisers for 7 Main Board listed companies spanning property development, construction and engineering, energy and apparel sectors.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Gigi had 10 years of experience at leading local and US corporate law firms. She later became the in-house legal counsel at Li Ka Shing Foundation, where she advised on global direct and fund investments as well as private wealth matters.
