Hannah advises financial institutions, alternative finance providers and shipowners on cross-border finance transactions, including ECA backed facilities, syndicated and bilateral debt financings, JOLCOs, complex sale and purchases and sale and leaseback transactions.
Hannah is also a member of the global Stephenson Harwood superyacht team, where she supports financiers and owners in the yachting industry. Her experience includes advising on second-hand yacht financing, newbuild financing with construction mortgages and refund guarantees, and the sale and purchase of yachts (ranging from 30 metre to 100+ metre yachts).

Acting for a European bank in respect of the pre- and post-delivery financing of a 47m catamaran under construction in Italy, including the provision of an Italian construction mortgage and several refund guarantees. -
€50 million pre and post-delivery
Acting for a European bank in respect of the €50 million pre- and post-delivery financing of a 75m yacht under construction in Italy, including the provision of an Italian construction mortgage. -
€16 million refinancing
Acting for a European bank in respect of the €16 million refinancing of a 50m yacht. -
€21 million facility
Acting for a European bank in respect of the provision of a 30m yacht as collateral security for a €21 million facility.
