Kate advises clients across a range of sectors on complex commercial matters, with particular experience in manufacturing, supply and distribution, franchising, sponsorship, agency and licensing arrangements.

Kate has significant experience advising pharmaceutical and life sciences companies on strategically important commercial agreements across the product lifecycle, including clinical and commercial manufacturing and supply agreements, technology transfer agreements, quality agreements, distribution and wholesaling arrangements, equipment supply contracts, master services agreements and licensing transactions.

Having spent two years in-house at a pharmaceutical company, Kate has first-hand experience of the commercial, operational and regulatory challenges faced by life sciences businesses. This in-house perspective enables her to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice that is tailored to clients' strategic objectives.
