Laetitia Ghebali is Of Counsel within the Antitrust team, which forms part of the Ethics, Investigations and Defence task force at Stephenson Harwood in Paris. She is recognised as “One to Watch” in Competition/Antitrust Law in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers.

Laetitia advises both French and international clients on a wide range of competition law matters, including merger control and antitrust compliance. She also has significant experience in distribution law and restrictive trade practices, particularly in the context of drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. She represents clients across a broad spectrum of industries, notably in the banking and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Laetitia practised at a leading international law firm, where she developed substantial experience in contentious matters before both French and European competition authorities. During this period, she also completed a client secondment, where she was responsible for reviewing distribution and supply agreements, and advising marketing and business development teams on competition law compliance.
Recent publications and speaking engagements: Co-author, with Jean-Julien Lemonnier, of the France chapter of the Global Practice Guide (formerly Getting the Deal Through) in 2025 and 2026, providing a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction comparative analysis of competition compliance frameworks. Contributor to Le Lamy Compliance, including studies on Competition Law (No. 5), Data Protection (No. 7), and Data Protection Impact Assessments (No. 11). Member of the APDC working group contributing to the French Competition Authority’s public consultation on the introduction of below-threshold merger control (February 2025).
