Her practice is focused primarily on the asset management sector, with particular expertise in the legal structuring of investment funds — notably in private equity — and in managing interactions with regulatory authorities.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Léa spent over three years at a law firm dedicated to financial services.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Economics from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University and a Master’s in Financial Markets Law and Regulation from Paris-Dauphine PSL University, which she completed while working in the Equity Derivatives & Strategic Transactions team at Natixis.
