With more than seven years’ experience, she advises public and private companies as well as investment funds on a broad range of French and cross-border transactions.
Lucie primarily assists clients on M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, as well as leveraged buyouts (LBOs), reinvestments and intra-group restructurings. She also advises executives on the structuring and negotiation of their management equity arrangements.
In addition, she supports clients on a wide range of day-to-day corporate law matters.
Lucie regularly acts across a variety of sectors, including industry, healthcare, new technologies, energy, and transport (both aviation and maritime).
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Lucie worked at an international US law firm and at a boutique firm specialising in private equity, where she developed strong expertise in complex and cross-border transactions.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, is admitted to the Paris Bar, and works in both French and English.
