He acts for Thai and international clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, strategic investments, corporate restructurings, securities offerings and related regulatory matters.
His experience includes significant transactions across the technology, media and entertainment, logistics, manufacturing, financial services, real estate and data centre sectors. He has advised on landmark IPOs and bond issuances, as well as complex corporate restructurings, market entry and foreign investment matters in Thailand.
