Nick has extensive experience in onshore and offshore construction disputes involving EPC and EPCI contracts, FIDIC based agreements, BIMCO forms and bespoke project documentation. His work spans delay and disruption claims, defects, variation and payment disputes, seabed and interface risk, vessel related issues and the full spectrum of construction and engineering challenges.
He represents clients in LMAA, LCIA, ICC, SIAC and ad hoc arbitrations, as well as in litigation and urgent interim applications before the English courts. Nick also advises on front end contract strategy and negotiation for large scale energy and infrastructure projects, helping clients structure and de risk complex commercial arrangements.
