Stephenson Harwood advises DMS Group on SFT Acquisition

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised DMS Group, a Euronext Growth Paris listed company, on its acquisition of Solutions For Tomorrow (SFT).

DMS Group is a specialist in developing, designing and manufacturing high-performance medical imaging systems for digital radiology and bone densitometry. SFT is a Swedish company specialising in mobile X-ray equipment. Founded in 2011, SFT has deployed more than 500 imaging units in 35 countries.

Imaging ultramobile products are at the forefront of new trends in the medical imaging market, as it moves towards a more decentralised model of care. Mobile digital medical imaging significantly improves the efficiency of patient care, both in terms of diagnosis and therapeutic procedures, due to better image quality and faster treatment times.
