Aviation Litigation team attend IAWA's 36th annual conference
Between 5 and 7 November 2024, Of Counsel Chloe Challinor, Managing Associate Rupali Sharma and Associate Chloe Gibbons attended the International Aviation Womens Association's (IAWA) 36th annual conference, held in Dublin, Ireland.
The conference theme was - The Year of High Growth: Managing a Rapid Evolution in Aviation/Aerospace – with sessions covering the art of negotiation, personal branding, aviation risk management, mental health and wellbeing in aviation, aircraft leasing, understanding the impact of regulation, customer management, connecting and integrating airports, cyber threats in the global aviation arena and the digital transformation in enhancing safety in the aerospace industry. The team also attended an engaging afternoon of presentations by female leaders in aviation leasing at AerCap and a gala dinner held in The Round Room at The Mansion House.
