In November 2023, Stephenson Harwood hosted the BAR UK's quarterly event, with Stephenson Harwood associate, Rupali Sharma presenting a regulatory talk to their members.

Rupali's presentation covered the topical NATS outage that brought air traffic control to a halt over the August bank holiday in 2023, an update on aviation consumer regulation post Brexit, and one of the first aviation class actions against British Airways in respect of Regulation 261/2004.
