Chase Corporation acquires Hylomar

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Chase Corporation on its acquisition of Hylomar Holdings Limited.

Chase Corporation is a leading US-based global provider of engineered materials for high-reliability applications. Hylomar is a UK-based manufacturer of high-performance sealants and adhesives. The acquisition supports Chase Corporation’s growth strategy and will enhance the company’s capabilities in the sealants and adhesives sector. The transaction was subject to receipt of both NSIA clearance and Serbian merger control approval.
