Partner Jamie Tilling joins Stephenson Harwood

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its restructuring and insolvency capabilities with the arrival of partner Jamie Tilling, who joins the firm’s London office.

Jamie is a contentious insolvency specialist with extensive experience advising on complex cross-border insolvency disputes, particularly those involving fraud and asset recovery. He regularly acts for insolvency practitioners as well as creditors, lenders, shareholders, directors, trustees, and private individuals. He joins Stephenson Harwood from Charles Russell Speechlys.
