Stephenson Harwood advises Eurazeo and the Altaïr Group on the acquisition of Inga

Law firm Stephenson Harwood has advised Altaïr, a French market leader in specialised home cleaning products, in connection with the acquisition of the entire share capital of Inga, an independent company specialising in the sale of reusable and washable sponges and other cleaning products.

Founded in 1946 and based in Wasquehal, the Altaïr Group, whose main financial shareholder is the investment fund Eurazeo, is the French market leader in specialised home cleaning products, with a wide range of over 2,000 products. The Altaïr Group employs around 500 employees, managing product development in-house, as well as the bulk of its production across three industrial sites - two in France and one in Spain.

Through this acquisition and, building on its organic growth and previous external acquisitions, Altaïr is expanding its brand portfolio to continue its expansion, with the aim of becoming an European leader for more responsible, safer and more sustainable household cleaning.
