Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised the Denkavit Group on its acquisition of the Volac Group's Milk Replacer business.
Denkavit, based in the Netherlands, specialises in young animal nutrition and feed ingredients. Volac is an international business which develops dairy nutrition products for consumers and farm animals. On completion of the transaction in December, Denkavit acquired operations in the UK and Ireland for the first time, whilst the Italian operations of the business were acquired by Denkavit's Italian subsidiary.
