Stephenson Harwood attending IBA Annual Conference 2026 in Copenhagen

A multi-disciplinary team comprising members from a number of Stephenson Harwood's international network of offices is delighted to be attending this year's event in Copenhagen, which takes place from 4 to 9 October.

Our team is looking forward to meeting up with old friends and building new relationships.

At this year's conference:

• Our partners will be arranging bilateral meetings with our international friends and attending numerous Conference programme sessions and networking events.

  • Michael Rutili will be co-chairing the panel “Luxury asset structuring on the moon” on Tuesday 6 October.

  • Ben Sigler will be chairing the panel “Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Challenging executive decisions made in the times of emergency” on Wednesday 7 October.

  • Richard Garcia will be chairing a joint Litigation Committee and General Counsels Forum panel on "The Role of Activist Investors in Shareholder Litigation" on Thursday 8 October.
