Jack Kwong is a trusted advisor to sponsors and underwriters, issuers, listed companies and private equity funds, supporting them in navigating complex equity capital markets transactions, private and public M&A, regulatory compliance and corporate matters. His client roster spans a broad range of sectors, including technology and AI, new energy, aviation, engineering, manufacturing, real estate and hospitality, financial services, education and luxury consumer goods. Jack's experience includes leading multiple high-profile Hong Kong IPOs such as Bright Smart Securities & Commodities Group, China Aircraft Leasing Group and Analogue Holdings, ongoing corporate compliance advice to blue-chip clients and cross-border M&A transactions.

The company is a provider of securities, futures and options brokerage services, margin and IPO financings in Hong Kong, and financial products traded on US and Singapore exchanges.

  • Technovator International — Building Energy Technology

    Advised on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of HKEX, raising approximately HK$140 million. The company engages in building energy solution services in the PRC with global sales network. This transaction was awarded the Offshore IPO of the Year by China Business Law Journal.

  • China Aircraft Leasing — Aviation Financial Service

    Advised on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of HKEX, raising approximately HK$1 billion. The company is the first and largest independent aircraft leasing company focusing on the PRC aircraft leasing market.

  • Analogue Holdings— E&M Engineering

    Advised the blue-chip issuer on its ongoing compliance with the Listing Rules and other applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations. Shenzhou International is a constituent of the Hang Seng Index and one of the largest vertically integrated knitwear manufacturers in China.
