Kim Owens is an associate in Stephenson Harwood's award-winning investment funds team, where she supports her clients across a variety of fund structures and a range of asset classes both in the UK and offshore. Her clients include listed and private funds, investment and asset managers, as well as general and limited partners.

 Kim advises on the launch, reorganisation, takeover and investments of investment funds and trading companies. She also provides comprehensive support on joint ventures, fee structures and equity capital markets. In addition, Kim’s practice encompasses financial services regulatory advice relating to the investment management sector.
