Biography
Opale intervenes on corporate law issues, particularly on private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, drawing on her background in corporate and project financing to provide well-rounded advice. She advises French and foreign companies and investors on the structuring of their investments and divestments projects.
With degrees in business law from Leiden University and Panthéon-Assas University, she combines strong academic training with practical experience in advising clients in the structuring and negotiation transactional processes.
