Weiting has experience in cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, foreign direct investments, capital markets, and general corporate governance matters in a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, life sciences/healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, and energy & infrastructure. She also advises multinational corporate clients in connection with dispute resolutions and white-collar crime investigations.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, she works at a prestigious US firm's New York office, and another market-leading US firm in Shanghai.
Weiting obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia Law School, where she was awarded the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She also holds a LL.M. degree from King’s College London.
