Samson has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets. His practice focuses on supporting clients from Hong Kong, China, ASEAN and globally through various major development stages, in particular a Hong Kong listing, as well as early-stage financing and restructuring, post-listing fundraising and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
