Stephenson Harwood strengthens its Asia IP, Technology and Data Practice with the arrival of Amita Haylock

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its IP, Technology and Data practice with the arrival of Amita Haylock who will be based out of Hong Kong and Singapore. Amita joins from Mayer Brown and will be the firm’s Head of Technology and IP, Asia.

Amita brings nearly 20 years’ experience advising on intellectual property, technology, media, telecommunications (TMT) and competition law across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on complex multi-disciplinary matters at the intersection of regulation, commercial strategy and dispute resolution. She has built and led complex cross-border practices across the Asia Pacific region, combining contentious and non-contentious IP with deep TMT, competition, data privacy and fintech capabilities.
